Why dont my best friend look me in the eye anymore?

We r both 14 im a boy she is a girl this started about 2 years ago and she has never looked me in the eye since. Abit of info on or friendship. She would sometimes cuddle up to me kiss me on the cheek playfight and she has fallen asleep in my arms and she has sat on my lap before we have a very very close friendship we have nicknames i call her angel she calls me sweet heart plz help btw i have a huge crush on her
