Acer aspire one netbook won't turn on?

Try to switch the laptop on with just the battery in, then with battery plus the charger plugged in and then without the battery and just the charger. And post up the results. Its likely either the battery has died and no longer holds a charge or the charging circuit has gone and the laptop can't charge or the charger itself has died.
