Im making a video for school and need some help with the graphics?

i have a video clip were i want to make a little cartoon lightbulb appear over my head like in cartoons when someone has an idea or something. but i want the video to keep playing and then for the cartoon to disappear, how can i do this? btw i have windows movie maker
