What are god brands of car stereos??? I have a Dodge caliber and I just need a new... stereo NOT speakers.?

Basically I have an 07 Caliber and it has an Auxiliary hookup in the car so I can listen to my Ipod, well I want to see if I can buy a stereo on Amazon to save on the money because its estimated at 170 but if I can buy my own stereo I can get it for like 70 because thats all the installation is. So I have been looking at Alpine because I heard they are good. I just need an auxiliary hook up and maybe the USB plug I like that
