Help! I'm Stuck! Please help me!?

I'm super glued my hand to the ceiling while standing on a ladder trying to repair broken glass cover for the lightbulb. My whole hand is covered in glue and i've tried pulling it off but it will rip the skin at least half an inch in. I only have my phone on me so that's y i can type this but it won't let me call anyone because it's stuck in airplane mode forever. I tried yelling but i live alone and my house is far from other houses. I've been stuck here for 10 days!
