Where can I find an actinic blue lightbulb that will replace my 2u 9watt 120v/60hz bulb?

I'm gonna go with non existent. There are other options such as adding some TruLumen 453 mn moonlights. Other than that though, you would have to consider removing your hood or retrofitting it to hold better lights.
