What does "True 4 Ohm Speaker" mean?

I read what it means on their website but it sounds like a bunch of sh*t to me. They claim that, although the speaker is 2ohms, an amplifier will "see it" as 4ohms because 2ohms of additional impedance will be created by the factory speaker wire. Maybe infinity knows something I dont, but I've tested 4ohm speakers via the factory wiring before and, well, they test as 4ohms. Anyway regardless of whether what they're saying is true or a crock of sh*t those speakers will work with that amplifier.
