What amp is perfect for two 12" Alpine Type-Xs?

I need a cheaper amp that can power these subs well. And would it help to wire the subs and amp differently to get more power or anything. I want to get something under about 3-400. Just say EVERYTHING that i need to know please. THANK YOU!!!! :)
