Can you get mercury poisoning from a flourescent lightbulb in your bedroom?

I have 3 mercury lightbulbs in my bedroom(1 in ceiling and two in lamps), and i was just wondering if i would suffer effects of mercury poisoning such as brain damage etc. by eating, sitting and sleeping next to them. also will my belongings get contaminated with mercury, and how long do you have them for before they secreet mercury, if at all. also, is touching the reflection of a mercury lightbulb harmful?
