What are god brands of car stereos??? I have a Dodge caliber and I just need a new... stereo NOT speakers.?

Basically I have an 07 Caliber and it has an Auxiliary hookup in the car so I can listen to my Ipod, well I want to see if I can buy a stereo on Amazon to save on the money because its estimated at 170 but if I can buy my own stereo I can get it for like 70 because thats all the installation is. Cat runs laps in house! Help!?

I got a cat from a pound rescue last year and she has been fixed, and all of her immunizations, etc. She is completely healthy, maybe a little overweight now but that's it. She has lately begun to constantly run laps through my condo. I cannot get her to stop. She has injured all of us, because she runs over our feet and causes deep scratches. Its a compulsive thing that she does all day long and we are sick of it! What can be done? She has plenty of toys and scratching posts.

How do you know if a microscope lens is scratched damaged or has debris on it?

Well i got this microscope from the goodwill, and it has no slides and the light on it dont work so i use my lamps bare lightbulb to lighten the microscope. and i see stuff with a bare lens but idk if its scratches debris or what? its like some dark black lines and stuff. i see small clear things that look like theyre swimming around. i think my microscope is 50MM by 500MM zoom. any tips or anything?i also used a Q-tip with alcohol on it to clean the lenses. it dident helo.

i am 15 years old and a freshman in high school. i am short 5'1 , and skinny and have no muscle. the bully i have is also 15 is 5'6 and seriously fat like morbidly obese i am in his gym class and when we weighed him he was 300 pounds. everyday he pushes beats me up calls me names and one day he sat on me i thought i was gonna die. he always steals my lunch which leaves me very hungry. i do call him names back and run and he is sooo fat he cant even run, so he has his friends chase me down and hold me down so he can catch up and beat me up. he is really stupid, but he is going out with the hottest most popular girl in school (although she is a complete slut), and he has had sex with her and its true cause they both admited to it, and also they got kicked out of a school dance because the teachers caught her giving him a lap dance, so i cant make fun of him for that. i dont want you to say ask an adult because i am not a puss i want to handle this my self. what can i do.

Which subs are better?

.I have a Rockford fosgate r500-1that puts out 500 watts rms at 2 ohms. I was thinking of the jbl gt5 12inch or the infinity reference 1262w. I will be getting a pair of them. I was just wondering which one will hit harder/lower. I have two alpine type e10s and they just don't have enough bass. I was also wondering because I have one jl audio 12w1 if I should just get another and that might be better.

Broken compact flourescent lightbulb?

um... ok... I just brought a bag down from upstairs and I found out just now that it had a broken compact fourescent lightbulb in it. I heard that these things contain mercury and I'm a little concerned. I've had the bag upstairs for a while, months even, and I have no idea if it got broken in there, or somewhere else. Should I be concerned about mercury poisoning, or anything else like that? I heard that broken lightbulbs like that are dangerous, and I just want to get some facts.

Sony vs. Alpine in car speakers?

so I'm thinking of replacing some old alpine speakers in this old car that I got. The Alpine head unit says 40 x 4 speakers and that was just not enough for me. So what I'm asking is should I get a new pair of alpines or should I upgrade to Sony. Which one gives more quality and which one is cheaper (and since I'm on a budget of around $150 for head unit and speaker). And if you guys want to recommend any other brand feel free to do so. Blew my speakers out, need GOOD quality speakers. Any help?

I love music. I'm about to get a kicker 12" sub but before i can hook it up, i'm guessing i need new speakers. The left speaker in the rear blew out...twice. I want to get a good quality sound system going in my car but i want to make sure i get the right kind of speakers that can handle a lot of bass and sound crisp and clean. I was looking into getting kicker speakers or alpine. I also looked into bose but i just don't wanna spend that much. Thanks so much for your help!

I found 2 alpine mrp-t406 flex 2 amps and i was wondering if i could put both in my car and plug the speakers into one amp and 8 inch or 10 inch subs(still looking for a sub) in the other amp.
